Sustainable Menstruation
Our Sustainable Menstruation workshops break the silence around periods while educating women and girls on the health and environmental risks of commercial sanitary pads. Many don’t know these pads are made from plastic and chemicals that can cause irritation, infections, and long-term issues—and generate massive waste.

We introduce safe, eco-friendly options like menstrual cups, cloth pads, and period panties, and guide participants through Q&As and product demonstrations. The workshop fosters confidence, comfort, and dignity in menstrual health.

Internships in Sustainable Menstruation
Girls who intern with us explore menstrual health, taboos, and the impact of waste. Post-internship, they return to their schools and communities to lead peer sessions and promote sustainable products, sparking important conversations and change.
